🌸 About Buzi-B Flower Farm
How it All Started
A few years ago, I turned to my husband and said,
"I want to be a flower farmer."
He smiled and said, "Okay."
That simple exchange was the start of our flower farming journey.

I grow what I love, and I love sharing it with others.

The Spark
While living in Auckland, we took a spontaneous day trip to Matakana and stumbled across Slow Blooms — a charming permaculture garden. After chatting with the owner, my daughter and I returned the next day for a flower picking and arranging workshop.
I was hooked.
That day, my daughter spotted a book by Erin Benzakein and later gifted me a copy. From there, I signed up for Erin's newsletter, followed her on social media, and eventually joined her online workshop. She’s been such an inspiration.

A Dream Comes to Life
Within a few months, we sold our home in Auckland and purchased a 17-acre farm in Glorit — a peaceful gem just 1 hour from the city and 20 minutes from Kaukapakapa.
And so, Buzi-B Flower Farm was born.

Our Farm
Our clay soil meant we needed raised beds — and that gave the farm a distinctive, sustainable layout. I’m lucky to have a handy husband who loves a DIY project!
The land is stunning: rolling hills, native bush, vibrant birdlife. It’s a place that truly feels alive.

Our Vision
We’re building an organic, sustainable flower farm that blooms with colour and heart. Each flower is:
Pesticide-free
Grown with care
Cut fresh to order
Supplied directly to florists and the public
We aim to create a space where people of all ages can connect with nature and find inspiration through flowers.
